1. About Nuru
Nuru Lipcare is a Kenyan lipcare brand selling lip gloss and related products via nurulipcare.co.ke.
2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Prices, product availability, and shades are subject to change without notice
- We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and packaging accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly by screen
3. Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline (e.g. in cases of stock unavailability or suspected fraud)
- An order is confirmed only once payment has been verified through our payment processor, DPO Pay
- You're responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information — we're not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect details
4. Payment
We accept M-Pesa and card payments, processed securely through DPO Pay. Nuru does not store your card details or M-Pesa PIN. All transactions are subject to DPO Pay's own security checks and terms.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver countrywide across Kenya
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay
- Estimated delivery timeframes are outlined on our Shipping page and are not guaranteed — delays can occur due to courier or logistics issues outside our control
6. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are cosmetics applied directly to the lips, we're unable to accept returns of opened products for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery — see our Returns page for full details.
7. Product Use
Nuru products are intended for external cosmetic use on the lips only. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on nurulipcare.co.ke — including the Nuru name, logo, product photography, and website content — belongs to Nuru Lipcare and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuru is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
